Purpose and scope

I started this blog in November 2006 as an experiment to see how hosted, free blogging services work; how creative I could be publishing text, images, audio, and video; if the software was intuitive; and to learn more about RSS feeds, syndication, and aggregators. During the process I'll share black & white photographs with anyone who happens to visit my blog. Hence the blog title Photoburgher (a photographer living in Pittsburgh, or the Burgh for short).
